Dr. Herbert M. Koch LL.M.
Herbert Koch has lived in several countries, such as in Egypt, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, The Netherlands, the United States, Germany, France and Portugal.
His domicile today is Zurich, Switzerland. With a legal academic background (Master LL.M. from the New York University NYU, a PhD from the University of Salzburg and studies and various exams at the University of Zurich, (UZH)) and after several years of practice as in-house counsel at Deutsche Grammophon In Hamburg, Director Legal and Business Affairs at Bertelsmann Entertainment in Munich and Head of Administration at Sony Entertainment in Berlin, Herbert has moved to France to become a communication consultant for the past twenty years. He also works as an independent legal consultant for his own firm HMK LAW for international and national clients.
Experience:
2003 - 2015: Lecturer in communication at the School of Engineering "Ecole Supérieure des Arts et Métiers" in Cluny, France.
2004: Founder and senior consultant of the agency "de concert communication" based in Burgundy, Paris and Zurich offering communication strategy; public relation; press relation; event management; partnership search and management (sponsoring, media partnership and benevolent, voluntary partner.
2007: New offices of "de concert communication" in the center of Paris.
2007 - 2015: Lecturer in risk and crisis communication for CELSA (Ecole des hautes études en sciences de l'information et de la communication) at the University Paris IV - Sorbonne.
2009: Additional specialization in risk and crisis communication for several client.
Since 2009 up until today: Intercultural coach for executive managers and CEO of various companies such as ALDI, BIOMERIEUX, BMW FINANCE, CHANEL, COLAS, DASSAULT, ESSILOR, EXPANSCIENCE, HEINEKEN, HERMES, PLASTIC OMNIUM, SERVIER, VALLOUREC, VOLKSWAGEN BANK.
